Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from Assize Books. The seller is Assize Data Ltd (company number 17510115), c/o IWN Accountancy, The Echo Building, 18 Albert Road, Bournemouth, BH1 1BZ. Email [email].

Orders

Prices are in pounds sterling. Printed books carry no VAT. Your order is accepted when payment is taken; if a book turns out to be unavailable we'll tell you and refund it in full.

Second-hand goods

Books are used unless described as new. The condition shown and the photos are of the copy you will receive.

Cancellation and returns

See Delivery and returns. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
