Changing your mind

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your books, for any reason. Tell us at [email], then send the books back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price of the books and the standard postage you paid within 14 days of getting them back. You pay the cost of posting them back to us, unless they are faulty or not as described.

If something's wrong

Every book is second-hand and described as accurately as we can, with photos of the actual copy. If a book isn't as described, contact us and we'll put it right: a refund including return postage, or a replacement where we have one. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
