Privacy

Assize Data Ltd, c/o IWN Accountancy, The Echo Building, 18 Albert Road, Bournemouth, BH1 1BZ, is responsible for the personal data used to run this shop. Contact [email].

What we use and why

• Your name, email address, delivery address and what you bought: to take payment, post your order and handle returns (needed to perform our contract with you).
• Order and payment records: kept for six years because tax law requires it.

We delete your delivery address 180 days after your order is posted. We don't use your details for marketing and we don't sell them.

Who else handles it

• Stripe processes your payment (and has its own privacy notice).
• Cloudflare hosts this site.
• Royal Mail (or the courier we use) receives your name and address to deliver your parcel.

Cookies

We use one cookie to remember your basket. It's strictly necessary, so we don't ask for consent. There's no tracking or advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted where we don't need to keep it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
